Excellent experience, both food and staff! The scallops and orange cauliflower are must haves. Would like to see the menu expanded as my husband and I would dine there more often.
Food was good but very small portions for the price. We order the ravioli and scallops which were both good but not the best I ever had. Atmosphere was nice, our server was very good and very knowledgeable of the menu items and wines. I would go back...

The staff was extremely pleasant, the physical space lovely, the cleanliness sparkly, the serving promptness excellent, them accommodating our group at no extra cost in such a great little alcove room - SPLENDID. But the chicken dish was not good. Over cooked and dry, and just not seasoned very well, with lackluster accompanying flavors. The food is great even though I think is a bit overpriced, the staff is super Friendly.
The culinary detail, presentation , and taste has moved this restaurant up to one of our all time favorites. Cauliflower was amazing and the sea scallops a taste of heaven!

Chef Joseph VanWagoner the new chef at Bistro 82 is a great new talent on the Metro Detroit scene and his deconstructions, foams, and fusions are creatively integrated into some sublime presentations.
