My wife and I dined at Bistro 27 for the first time this past Saturday evening. Our meals were delicious and all four of us enjoyed our salads and entres very much. However, our service was disappointing. We each ordered a salad, but only one was brought out from the kitchen and it took about 15 minutes to get our waiter's attention and have that corrected. Nice place; however the server served me my meditteranean salad with chocolate drizzled on top rather than the house dressing; a couple who sat down well after us was served well before us; we waited at least 40 minutes for our meal; and our King salmon was slimy and overcooked. And the restaurant wasn't even full to capacity. SIGH. Disappointed.
The service here is absolutely amazing, not to mention the food. I recommend talking with William (Owner) he gives extremely good recommendations. This is a must go if you are in Richmond.

Absolutely amazing!!! From the moment we walked in, I knew this was going to be a lovely evening. The shrimp and scallops were to die for. Our wine glasses were always full. The wait staff were aware of our every need without being annoying. We were able to carry on a conversation without screaming over other noises. I would recommend Bistro 27 for a relaxing evening out with special friends. I will return, soon!! - found out after we got home, they do have parking available.
