I have been coming to Bistro 27 for years and always enjoyed the food and service. I was there this pass Saturday and was appalled at the owners behavior Carlos he was drunk and acting belligerent and cursing while cooking that night. I feel this is so unprofessional. The food took forever and me and my guests will never return there after our experience. I am disappointed because this used to be my favorite restaurant.
