RecommendedI have been going to a different ophthalmologist as well As eyewear store near that office. Although I was happy with them I tried Bissell eyecare to purchase my new glasses as they were closer to home. I wish I had gone there sooner!!! The staff at Bissell was amazing and extremely helpful . I even accidentally bent my new glasses and was able to have them repaired immediately at no charge. I will be giving my recommendation to go to Bissell to everyone who asks! 5 stars!
Can I just say from the minute I approach the front desk I was greeted with a smile and a friendly staff member. Then Marla, I hope I spelled right, took all my information and got me ready for doctor. Again such professionalism but with a smile and a good laugh here and there. Dr. Long always takes good care of me. She listens and is very thorough. I’ve always had good vision, but recently my eyes are catching up with my age. It was scary to not be able to see well at night and in the distance when driving. Dr. Long found me the right prescription to help me be able to see how i used to. Thank you

Great customer service. Dr bissell is great. His staff is wonderful. I go to the office in Natrona Heights. My son's glasses needs adjustments all the time from various things happening and they always accommodate us. Thank you!!
