That’s when I was introduced to Nik Jones and after we had discussed what I was in need of she was able to take care of all my leather needs including my patches. Thanks Nik you rock!

on a brief visit I had a chance to experience someone helping a customer with a problem with their bike. I'm sure this happens all day every day at shops across the country, but what made this stand out was the Bison rep saying to the customer, "it doesn't matter if you didn't buy the bike here, you are part of our extended family". It reminded me of the days past when customers did matter to shops. It was good to see.
