I had a Triumph Daytona serviced in St.Paul and was told it needed a new ecu tune and air filter. I got the bike back and it still ran the same and was told this is how they idol. Brought the bike to Roys and was told the plastic air induction tunnel was rotten and the bike had a dirty air filter and they showed me the parts, I called the owner and told him, his answer was the service advisor is more of a salesman so I moved him. He wouldn't give me a credit or refund. Also if it's the advisors fault what about the mechanic?... read more

Was so dissatisfied with this summers service at the St Paul dealership. Three episodes are enough. Don't care how far I have to drive our bikes will never be back to this shop. Was told lots of excuses but NO ONE would take responsibility for the incidents with our bikes. I have owned bikes almost all my life & never heard some of the excuses I have heard the past couple of weeks. Long Story short I'm so upset that it makes me wonder if I should just trade the bikes off & ride a different brand.
They were great to work with. They actually gave me back the hope of ever finding a bike I could fit on comfortly.
I traded in a bike just today. the crew at Bison was fantastic. and I could not be happier with how they treated me and the wife. I may not have bought an Indian(which I must say are beautiful bikes) but I will do business with these guys again. The whole staff from entry to sales was an awesome experience for my wife and I. Thank you all for that.
