This is the first vehicle we have purchased at Bismarck Motor Company and it was the best experience we've ever had at a car dealership. Dustin Hermanson is an excellent sales specialist. He took the time to listen to our wants/needs in a vehicle and helped us find the right one. He's very patient and thoroughly answered all our questions. The salespeople at BMC are top notch. Tony Helvig is amazing! The management - however (and especially on the used car side of things) needs to go to (or back to) business school. I purchase (on average) a car every 9 months. The last THREE times I have attempted to close a deal with BMC (not negotiating ONE cent of of the sales price of the car I'm buying mind you), they have come in - literally - THOUSANDS less for my trade-in (and twice for cars I bought from THEM) than a competing local dealership.
