I was impressed with the quick turnaround and great follow up by everyone at the dealership as I initiated my discussion via email outside of business hours. My sales associate Greg was great to work with! He provided everything I needed to make the best decision for me and worked to make sure all my critical criteria was met when I purchased my vehicle. Follow up with the dealership and Greg has also been great! Best customer service and all-around experience at a Bismarck dealership I have ever experienced!

I have been working with Bismarck Motor for quite a few years! And from the sales that I work with Tom from the Nissan area even though I buy Honda vehicles. He works with me 110%And I do all my service with the Honda side and they do great work and always make me happy before I leave!

Had a great time finding the vehicle for me here. Ask for Chelcie she is very patient and will get any vehicle ready that you may want to see. I was very satisfied with her due to how picky i am and how she accomidated me and helped in any way she could in making the car buying experience which is already stressfull, much less stressful

We purchased a new VW Atlas and had a wonderful experience with Parker Oswald at BMC. This was our second experience working with this dealership and it was just as enjoyable as the first.
