Went in to start the process of going platinum blonde. There was no process! in 4 hours I had the hair I wanted. Not to mention the sweet and knowledgable bit most importantly laid back staff. My hair is bright, not brassy, and she even spent the time to explain aftercare from washing and conditioning to leave-in:) .Thanks Jess!
