We asked for an estimate to put in a heat pump 2 months ago. And still have not received anything. We have left messages for a call back and nothing....

I think that if you are in need of plumbing, heating, and/or A/C services, you can't go wrong with Bishop. They will take care of you in the most efficient, professional, and economic way! My hat's off to Bishop! No doubt I will rely on them in the future...
Bishop is great. Prompt service with good attitudes. The tech fixed my issue right away, was polite and left the area clean. Awesome company.
Terrible customer service. Incapable technicians who need 2 people with one screwdriver. Price gougers. Check out others for your help in Aspen before you use these guys. If you dare use these guys, ask for price quotes with full details and in writing. Stay in your home while they are there. Watch them closely in case they claim they replaced or suggest you needed something that you clearly did not. They take advantage of the Aspen scene and said so over the phone!
