High quality meats and service This traditional butcher shop has just about every kind of meat you could want. We got our turkey from here last Thanksgiving and were not disappointed. Staff is friendly and helpful and can answer just about any question you have regarding proper preparation. Reasonably priced for the quality you get.Â
Overpriced, average quality Save yourself A LOT of money and go across the street to Stater Bros. Even as a chain supermarket they still have a great meat counter and will do some butcher services. Bisher's carne asada and pollo asada is a joke. Save yourself over $3 / lb and make your own. Stater Bros and Henry's have better carne and pollo asada for much less money and even theirs is okay. Excellent old style butcher shop I've always been totally satisfied with the meat that we purchased here. The quality, cut, and freshness can't be beat and the staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Can't go wrong here.Â
