It has been a phenomenal journey because my hair was very damaged from relaxing and coloring it for years. She brought it back to health and encouraged me to embrace my gray with style!! Rose was fantastic. She was attentive, listened to my needs and did exactly what I asked for. The space was also beautiful, inviting and clean. I was nervous because I've never had my hair braided before but Rose put me at ease. She's a true professional and I plan on returning in the near future...

The staff was kind and welcoming, which I appreciated. I came in with my natural hair already washed and detangled, hoping to get twists that would last about a month. However, the twists didn’t look long-lasting and had a lot of flyaways, making them appear as if they had already been in for a week. I also noticed some snagging and breakage on my ends during the process.
