Lauren was amazingly helpful and extremely quick in resolving my issue. I really appreciate the speed of service and the level of customer service I received. Will return again and ask for Lauren for all my repair needs.
Stopped into Bisconti on the chance that they might carry a charger for my Sansung 4. The guy who initially waited on me said no, but a voice from the back room said "yes we do". Lauren then came to the counter and located the new charger. I asked her if I could make sure it fit as I had somehow bent my previous charger, and it would not go back in the port. I always get honest good answers from these guys to help me with my computer problems. Been going there for years and am very happy.
I can't thank these guys enough for what they did for me. I didn't know they even existed until a couple of days ago - and now they will be my first stop for anything computer related. I was in a bind with my MacBook Pro but good luck finding anyone in the Rockford area that works on Macs that actually understands them. Not even the Geek Squad was able to help me due to some proprietary glue (huh?). They recommended a couple of places I could call. they overcharge for not repairing computer, which they were suppose to do. biggest complaint was fraud on credit card while they had my computer, had to contact fraud dept of my credit card company to cancel card acct. bisconti computers is not trustworthy. have since found out they loaded someone elses checking acct statements and family photos onto my computer. sure hope my stuff wasn't loaded onto someone elses computer. i just hope i don't have to cancel my other credit cards, because of fraud.
