They did a great job of installing 2 gb of RAM (I only had 503 mb) within 10 minutes or less on my Dell D610 laptop. It is now 10 to 12 times faster than it was...just as fast as my daughter's business laptop which is brand new. If anyone has a slow old computer, check out the specifications on current and available RAM. You won't believe the difference if you increase it. They are really helpful, and got me up and running fast! This should definitely be your first stop for a local computer shop. I felt like they actually wanted to help me, and not just sell me something.

I just got into Rockford, My Macbook Pro charger went down! I located this company online! I called and they located a charger for me right away! When i got there, they checked first to see if my old charger was bad! After finding out it didn't work, they sold me an replacement! What great service and fast! I will come back again!!
