This is a one of a kind dining experience. The food is absolutely mouthwatering, and worth every second of the wait, but don't take my word for it, try it out yourself! You won't be sorry. Oh and do be sure to let them know you're coming ahead of time, cause they love that �

Would not recommend. We ordered several appetizer plates to eat family style. The gravlax was on a bed of burnt as in bitter bad potato hash. Sent back and got it burnt again. Maybe it's intended to be salty and burnt. The sweetbread was good. It was fried with a sweet-vinegar sauce and fresh mache salad. The tomato mozzarella salad was good, fresh cheese is always good. One of the best restaurants in Bellevue. Always great food and a great time! The owner (Joe) is almost always on sight and makes you feel right at home.
Free valet in the back, fantastic service, the New York steak was better than the filet. Such a good flavor. And the sauce on the potatoes was to die for. We shared the chocolate molten for dessert...excellent.
