I had an amazing experience working with Birzon Jewlers on Niagara Falls blvd in Tonawanda.I worked closely with Keith on selecting an engagment diamond and ring for my girlfriend . Keith helped educate me on the process and trade offs while helping me stay within my budget. Locally owned and the service was 2nd to none . I would go here before any big box franchise .
great service great selection at a fair price. I've been going to them for over 30 years. for engagement, wedding, anniversary, christmas presents. I've had to take things back when they have needed repair. Wife loves to wear them without taking them off. Repairs done within a week. Avoid the mall shoppers. This is the real deal!
My boyfriend and I came in to look at rings and Lucy was extremely helpful. She gave us great advice and we were very satisfied with our purchase.
