Great guy, demonstrates a wealth of knowledge in his profession and a pleasure to be around. Would not hesitate to see Dr. Birtwhistle again.
Awful service. Never could get my scleral lens prescription right. Not good at demonstrating removal of scleral lenses.

My daughter and I got an appointment on Saturday which was convenient for our busy weekday schedules. We were seen promptly. Everything was explained clearly from insurance coverages to medical issues and the doctor and staff are professional, friendly and personable. It's a great customer service experience all around, and those are hard to come by these days!
