My experience wasn’t great. I’m hoping that with my next birth, I’ll be allowed to labor at either the hospital or birthing center where I’m being treated, and not have to wait until I’ve gone through transition and am fully dilated to come in. I also hope I’ll have enough time to receive antibiotics for GBS since there wasn’t this time around. Kyra was nice, at least.

I have a loved one who used this midwife. The way her care was handled prompted an investigation for Ashleigh's licensure. While I am thrilled for all those who had great experiences, it is a grace from God that no one has died yet. I am happy to edit this review when the case is closed.
I transfered to Birth Journey at 37 weeks as a home birth was something I thought I wasn't going to be able to do and then the stars aligned! They welcomed me with open arms and were AMAZING providers! They make you feel listened to and comfortable in every step while traditional OB practice is to rush you along! I welcomed my beautiful baby girl, HBAC, with such confidence! Ashleigh amd Kyra were kind and took care of us so well afterwards as well! Would highly recommend!
Ashleigh and Kyra are hands down THE BEST(!!) Birth team we could ever ask for. They were part of our second and third home births, pregnancy and postpartum care. Every visit was true fun for the entire family. They genuinely care about every client and always make sure that you are informed about every step of the process and that you are aware of all of your options so you can make the best informed decision.
