Subpar customer service... The salesperson was not interested in providing quality service. It was as if I was a bother or it could have been that her feet were aching. Not really sure! They offered a large selection of furniture (beautiful) that would have suited my needs. But the service...

The store was a little intimidating at first because the receptionist was not very friendly. She directed us to Bonnie who was very sweet and straight to the point asking for the details of what we were looking for and she took us to the exact piece of furniture I described. There are many selections of beautifully made furniture at various price points to choose from. The only store that I’ve found that’s comparable in Alabama is Braggs Furniture in Huntsville.
