I had a wonderful experience at Birmingham Wellness today! Kayla was the absolute best. Everything was perfect.

I had my first appointment with RaVonda yesterday and before she started my massage, we thoroughly discussed the pain issues I have been having. She talked through her recommendations of techniques that would work best for the hip pain and shoulder pain I have. I opted for the 75 minute massage and RaVonda focused on my hips and shoulder and made sure I had a good range of motion. RaVonda does an amazing job for massage for pain management, specifically head and neck aches. I highly recommend her!
Jessica did a phenomenal job, one of the best, if not THE best massage I’ve ever had. Worked out all of the main areas of concern without issue. I highly recommend it.
