I booked a 45 minute neuromuscular massage with Elizabeth for an acute-on-chronic flare of neck pain. This was not my first professional massage but was my first experience with neuromuscular massage. I have a lot of spasms in my upper back/shoulder and neck area and this was perfect. This was a birthday gift from my daughter. She goes there on a regular basis. Kayla is very knowledgeable and encouraged feedback. I like a deep massage and she definitely worked out the knots in my shoulders and my feet! I slept really well after the massage. I'll be calling soon to set up my next appointment.
