This is my 2nd time problem with the prescription. Told them to send the prescription to cvs near my work place instead of my home, went there and they said they don’t have my prescription. Called the office and asked them to sent it to my Walgreens by my house because it was nite and I’m about to go home, arrived there and the same problems happens they said they didn’t send it yet. Whats the problem with MEDHELP lately ?? Why they service really irritating. I get so annoyed! Wasting my time
I’m a nurse and have been a patient of theirs for over 10 years now. But after today I’m no longer comfortable or confident in their care. I’m transferring my care somewhere else. Also, their management and billing are very rude and need to go back through training.
I love MedHelp over anywhere I have been in Birmingham. The doctors, NPs, staff are all really nice and great at what they do. They get busy, sometimes my wait has been long but the care I have gotten is better than anywhere. I love their Patient Portal too as they are very responsive and is a great way to get in touch when I need them.
Carrye Hodges at MedRenew and Dr. Jordan Vaughn are excellent providers. They have found answers to my health that other doctors ignored and they genuinely care about getting their patients well. I am feeling better than I have felt in years and I can credit it all to them. Thank you!
