Office stuff is very rude and unprofessional. They filed my claim and didn't receive info back from insurance for unknown reason. I told them insurance claim has been completed and I could see the discount when logging into insurance website. They refused to contact insurance, and asked me to call insurance to call them. I've never heard of such thing before.
