My appointment was at 10:30, it is now 11:13, when I asked when I could expect to be seen I was told it would be about 30 more minutes. Haven’t met any staff other than the receptionist, she was rather snappy when I ask her if I was supposed to wait an hour. She said she didn’t know when I came, since she checked me in I would expect that would be recorded. I ask if it was always this way and she said yes.
