I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and patient care I have received from this office. I had surgery performed through this practice a week ago, and since then I have been trying repeatedly to obtain a simple doctor’s note documenting my surgery and recovery for academic purposes. I saw the Nurse Practitioner, Elizabeth Taylor. She and her nurse are great! The reason this review is not 5 stars though is because of the lack of care for the dignity of the patients that this office has. I'm not sure whose fault it would be, but in an OBGYN office the patient's dignity should be the #1 priority because that is when we are in our most vulnerable state! Dr. Ellis is a very caring and courteous OBGYN. I've been her patient for years and she's always been the best at showing compassion, providing the best service and give clear communication when it comes to any healthcare concerns. My daughter is now her patient as well.
This location is terrible! I'm currently pregnant I'm supposed to be getting my prenatal care here I don't even know what my doctor looks like because all I see is nurse practitioners that don't know what they're doing.They treat patients with Medicaid poorly. They sent in the wrong order for my blood test so I had to come BACK a few days later to redo it.
