Christian, thank you very much for your help. My fob wasn’t working, and my spare key needed to be replaced. I was there maybe 10 minutes and he got me squared away. In and out. Thank you Christian!
Was told they would be at our business between 1 PM and 3 PM. Had to call them at 4:30 to find out what was going on. The dispatch guy said oh yeah we forgot, his truck broke down. He then says they can send somebody out tomorrow which is Saturday but it’ll be time and a half. Yeah that sounds a little sketchy to me. Terrible customer service would not recommend to anyone. I’m gladly paying time and a half to another company tomorrow.
The on call technician was extremely rude. I called after hours and was transferred to him. He answered “hey” (not identifying the business). I explained that I was trying to get in touch with the on call technician, and he said they put the number in the system wrong and he couldn’t help me. He was very put off off by me calling and was less than helpful about how to contact anyone at the company.
