Dr. Cockrell takes time and listens to his patients. His staff, especially his nurse Amy, are wonderful as well.
After successful TKR surgery I developed other medical issues. Dr Cockrell was recommended to help diagnose the root cause of said issue. He took as much time as needed with each visit in hospital, explained tests he ordered well and was concise and informative in explaining the results. He is clearly an accomplished scientist/cardiologist, but never lost his sense of awe re the amazing way our bodies are thought out and put together by a Higher Power (Ps139). Great place friendly staff and fast.I saw Dr Cockrell for the first time last week and I have to say he is so very sweet and knowlegeable and took ample time with me explaining things. I felt so very comfortable with him. I would recommend him very highly to anyone needing a cardiologist!
Very skilled physician. Excellent bed-side manner. Spends a lot of time with patient and will answer all your questions. His nurse is also very professional and returns calls quickly.
