I was very pleased with the care and attention I received from Dr. Winchester and Dr. Knight. They were very thorough in explaining my symptoms. However, the billing department was very disappointing. My appointment was in February of 2021. My company switched over to a different insurance company. I gave them my card and identification and made them aware of the change. I was told they couldn't find my name in the system. I paid the entire bill with my FSA card. This facility has provided incorrect medical information that has led to increased medical complications for me. They did not explain procedures before doing them, nor did they give proper information for post-procedure. Employees did not treat me with kindness or respect many times throughout my time here. Their after hours system was inefficient as their on call nurse was unreachable/non responsive. They made basic clerical errors that resulted in further complications/frustrations.
