The dentist is NOT an orthodontist.
DO NOT GO HERE! No sense of customer service, Horrible wait time , doctor is very rude, and staff is rude also! If at all cost DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON UNPROFESSIONAL NON CLINICAL PLACE! Birmingham Braces is the absolute worst Orthodontist in the state of Alabama!
I will never recommend this place to anyone. I’ve had my braces on for 5 years. Because they were not careful and sufficient I had to switch orthos. I wasted thousands of dollars, the braces they put on caused an dis functional jawline. Them only being open for braces to retighten on Saturdays was ridiculous. If I could get my money back I would.
