Affordable payments = Terrible Customer service is what they should change their name to. I’ve been a patient at Birmingham Braces since November of 2024. My first visit here as a new patient the doctor had to leave for an emergency and I had to wait for hours. I didn’t have an issue with this because things happen so I continued my treatment here.
