Awful experience, owner was a complete jerk, kept trying to upcharge me for additional services when I went in for a tune up. I will not be back and I would not recommend anyone to go there. If you want a good bike shop go to Cahaba Cycle or Bike Link, much better customer service- incredibly friendly and helpful. I fell for the Groupon but it won't happen again!
Great shop, the guys there really know their stuff. Before getting back into cycling I hadn't ridden since childhood. I'm now riding more than I ever was, and along the way they've taken the time to answer my questions, and help me figure out how to achieve the goals I've set. Definitely recommend the shop, I'd send anybody there without hesitation.
Best shop in town!!!
