refurbished parts After spending a lot a money trying to get my newly used wagon up to top driving condition. I ended up at another shop. Birmingham Benze is terrible. They kept my car for 3 months and never fixed it. They don't respect women or young people and they're stingy. They will be sure to take your money and insist they are doing their best to work on your car when in reality they're not touching it. I would NEVER go there again and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone.
Ripoffs – About a month ago I had a problem with the ignition switch in my vehicle so I called Birmingham Benz, since the problem was with my ignition and it would have to be replaced and I need a new key I was told I would need to take it to the dealer. I told them I was taking the car to Crown and was told by Birmingham Benz to take it to Leigh Mercedes in Tuscaloosa because Crown would only overcharge me.
