Joseph Morrison is an extremely talented musician and a gifted teacher. You will not find a better bagpiper in Alabama. He has put a lot of time into his craft and it shows. If you hire him to play for you , you won't be disappointed. If you want to learn how to play the pipes, and learn correctly, he's your man. Joseph has dedicated his entire professional life to piping. I don't knownof any other person in Alabama who can claim that. So yeah, He's the best.

I have had the privilege and honor of knowing and being taught and trained by Joseph Ryan Morrison . I respectfully call him the Nick Saban of Bagpipe teachers although he is a bit more gentle in his approach. He has played at my sister in laws funeral, my wife, along with several of law-enforcement officers that I served with. His performances are more than music, they are like a story, filled with emotions, honor and integrity.
