I've been living in my apartment that they manage for about 1.5 yrs now. I'm here at the same time as the person who gave the company 1 star and claimed that they don't fix anything. She actually lives above me and is the noisiest stomping neighbor I've ever had in my life. Birmingham does a good job at fixing things if you actually tell them when there is a problem. Worst management I’ve ever experienced and the complex I stayed in had extremely inappropriate maintenance and I would literally suggest sleeping in your car then ever renting with them
