Agreed to do work for insuance proceeds but charged more than twice as much without ever finishing and filed a mechanics lien. He never took out the required building permit but charged for it anyway along with other things he did not do.
Had some work done at grand lake. Very sub-par. Would not recommend this company. Highly advise using someone else.
