DrBirk explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. The office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I love that Dr. Birk was more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcomed my questions. Dr. Birk made an extra effort to be polite and courteous. He dressed so professionally here, & the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was amazed at how wonderfully Dr. Birk treated each of his staff. Dr. Birk's qualifications wereobvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a caring and kind professional.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? I came in pain and left in pain. Appointment was scheduled a week later to address the pain and collect another co-pay. Billing staff sends derogatory notes in billing statements. Dr. is technically competent but attempts to relegate the patient to something barely above an infantile instead of discussing the issues with the patient.
