Dr. Harvinder S. Birk is an excellent neurological doctor in the Redding area. I had seen a neurologist in the Sacramento area for years... My dad had to drive me to and from Redding (in Cottonwood) spent 5 minutes in the neurologist (after driving two and a half hours to three hours) in Sacramento. All he ever does is prescribe medicine He never runs any tests to try and figure out what's wrong and I don't know how many times he has fallen asleep in the middle of my visit be he has narcolepsy I don't know how he can even hold a medical license
Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Dr. Birk's staff always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. One of the first things I noticed about Dr. Birk's office was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. Dr Birk really did an outstanding job making sure every single question I had was answered thoroughly and completely. The staff Lindsay, Erica, and Terra - they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

Not only do Dr. Birk's staff never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I saw Dr. Birk. I felt that Dr. Birk, he really valued my health and happiness because he followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me.
