Absolutely amazing food. We have been blown away by every single dish. Some of the favorites were the trout, sorbet, and the new uni dish. Duck was probably the best we have ever had. The creativity of chef Christopher Bleidorn and the quality of his food is on par with any top world restaurant. Some minor issues to look into in pursuit of higher star ratings are - refill soap in the bathroom, check condition of the restroom between customers if possible.

Birdsong.. is one of the best restaurant .. I’ve ever been.. they have the best modern cuisine..eclectic & scrumptious.. presentation is clearly very meticulously detailed & crafting was incredibly artistic .. wine selections was fantastic.. .ambiance was impeccable..Chefs are so handsome.. and Staff were so friendly..
