RecommendedI have been seeing Dr. Birdsall for three years. When I first was brought to him, I couldn’t stand, sit or lay down in most cases due to massive back pain. After intense therapy, bi-weekly adjustments and further investigating, I’ve had a better quality of life. I’m not perfect, and the issues were worse than we had originally feared, but Dr. Birdsall has given me hope and eased fears about future obstacles. he has the capacity to x-ray when necessary ( no guessing). He sees the injury and it’s relationship to the whole body. He has very progressive ideas and tools to accelerate healing and strengthening. . He cares and takes his time. we are loyal patients because he has proven to be the best over n over.
My feet were in so much pain they couldn’t be touched and prevented me from being able to go to sleep some nights. After a few visits, they no longer throbbed at night. After a month, I was able to let someone touch my feet long enough to receive a pedicure.
Dr Russ is a colleague and a friend. I have sent many patients to him for the excellent work he does with and extremity from your hand to your foot. I have never met anyone who knows more about adjusting these joints than Dr Birdsall. I don't send my family to just anyone but Dr Russ is the one who helps them with all their joint issues. If you have any joint issues do not hesitate going to see Dr Russ and his very competent staff. Thanks Dr Russ
He is amazing. I've been going to chiropractors for over 15 years. The reduction in neck pain and migraines has never been this consistent even as he has me coming less frequent. I whole heartedly recommend Russ.
