Doc after a conversation with the family. It seems my experience was not so unique. I’m the only one that spent money with you and now have to go to another clinic for a correct prescription. You apparently are rude when there is a problem as two family members and I have the same complaint. When you miss diagnose a patient its a big deal. RecommendedHighly recommend Bird's Eye View in Katy!! I've had other prescriptions, but have NEVER seen this clear! The staff is SUPER friendly and professional. The turnaround time is fast too. I'm glad I made the switch to Dr. Bird! 🤓

Dr. Bird saw me as an eye emergency this morning. During such a scary time with everything going on. She was so nice, compassionate and explained everything in great detail!! She also answered all of my questions and eased my fears!! I scratched my cornea trying to put makeup on the night before!! Lol. I would recommend her to anyone needing routine care as well as emergency care for your eyes. Her front office staff was amazing also!! I will be switching to here once this pandemic is over!! My daughter (age 10) was having difficulty reading the board in school. She recently had her first eye appointment. The doctor and staff at Bird's Eye View were excellent. They explained everything thoroughly and made it a really comfortable experience for her. We are very satisfied and will continue to use them for all of our family's vision needs.😀👓
I know my eyes are well taken care of when I visit your office! My prescription never has issues. You have a wonderful selection of frames and I love the options for my lenses. That is why I keep coming back!!

I had an urgent medical eye visit yesterday and saw Dr. Patel because Dr. Bird was out of the office. I was so impressed with her professional manner that made me feel completely at ease. She was informative and kind and I would highly recommend Dr. Patel for any of your eye care needs. The entire staff is wonderful!
