They mix their salinity on salt water way too low. I was told it was reading 1.25 I get it home and it was barley brackish....

Please bring the water back and we will replace it for you. Our salt water is usually in the 1.20 to 1.23 range

Worked with Brandon who helped my son with his quest to become a gecko owner. Helped with picking the correct habitat, the dos and don'ts and was very patient with answering questions and concerns. So far we've been pretty pleased with our new pet and my son couldn't be happier. Nice to have a pet shop with knowledgeable and experienced workers who genuinely care about the animals.
Excellent Pet store. My husband & I have purchased several of our pets from this pet store! The staff are knowledgeable, friendly & very helpful. The animals they offer are of top of the line quality. Store is clean & tidy. We just purchased a very sweet & smart yellow sided Green Cheek Parakeet ("Chico"). All of their birds are hand raised & very healthy.
