Birds and Beasts Pet Store ROCKS!! An extensive search on the net finally revealed this awesome pet store. Was looking for a male canary (not easy to find) but Birds and Beasts had three...one more beautiful than another!! We live in Belvidere, Illinois and are new to the area. Didn't even know where Crystal Lake was. Called immediately and spoke with Sarah. Got in the car and made the hour trip to see the birds. Amazing staff and selection of quality animals on hand, highly recommend to everyone
The best pet store ever! I loved spending time with Tattoo the blue and gold macaw while I shopped. I appreciated the staff they were very friendly and relaxed :)
Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of fish and reasonable prices. Patrick is very knowledgeable about fish. He spent a lot of time with us making sure the fish we selected would work well with their new tank mates. He knows a lot about water and starting tanks up and the chemistry involved with having the right water for your fish. Great selection of other pet supplies too. Excellent customer service!
