Great pet store! It's pleasantly surprising to find new quality brand name items that are cheaper than chain stores. Friendly and attentive customer service, clean and organized. A nice selection of supplies and beautiful fish, reptiles, birds, and rodents. Really cool!
I am a Betta owner, and in my Betta groups on Facebook, there is often discussion of the care of Bettas in pet stores. Many do not understand proper care, how to treat water, appropriate tank size, heat and filters, or how much to feed, let alone treatment for common fish ailments. I have been in a couple of times to this store and talked with Patrick. I am very impressed with his vast knowledge of aquatics as well as his willingness to learn new things. Excellent, excellent store! The staff consistently surprises me with their depth of knowledge. They have the best customer service of any store in the area and I'm not just talking about pet stores. They are friendly, patient and extremely helpful. Icing on the cake , they're Star Wars fans . My family will always support this store.
