I don't live in CL anymore but I wish I did.there are no stores with the customer service and knowledge that B&B has where I currently live.

First time at the store felt like I've been going there forever. The employees all had smiles on there face's and took time to get to know us and what types of animals we have. There prices are decent and everything was well organized. The staff are always friendly. They go above & beyond to satisfy their customers. Very knowledgeable & caring.
I've been here about 10times and the people are so friendly and helpful. The shop is very clean and all the animals are well taken care off. I'm getting my (first) baby cockatiel from here and I'm SO excited to bring him home soon!
