Everything was fresh and good.. Live band.. We really enjoyed it.
The osyters were so fresh! We had a dozen raw and another dozen with Parmesan . The onion rings are the best in talllahassee! Two people in our group had grouper sandwiches which were a big hit .
I love this place - The Grouper Sandwich is phenomenal and it's a great place to eat and socialize. I would highly recommend Bird's to anyone that loves great food in a relaxed, casual atmosphere!
I am only writing this after having to go inside to the bar and basically beg to pay my bill after OVER two hours of waiting and horrible service. We knew what we wanted to eat before we even made it to the restaurant -- a simple order of their main cuisine -- oysters. Of our party of three, the other two girls are waitresses at another restaurant and are understanding when there are issues, but this particular experience infuriated them as well.
