I just bought my THIRD truck from the Oelwein dealership and couldn't be happier. Most people will drive into Waterloo... why would I drive 45 minutes when I have a huge selection right here in town. Go see Cary Casteel, he will get you the vehicle you want!
Absolutely disgusted with this dealership. Took my wife there to have her look at a minivan, was told I had to give contact information and what I was going to trade in BEFORE I could even look at it.
very curtiest not high pressured at all, was so surprized to have the keys put in my hand when I got back from a test drive!!! and got a real nice set of steak knives too
