Just bought my 1st car from Birdnow in Oelwein. Loved the experience. Loved the atmosphere in the dealership. Loved that the employees wanted me to have the best experience and they wanted me to drive the best car off the lot. And they did that! Walked in wanting a 2011 Buick Enclave and I left with a 2017 Ford Escape. Definitely will continue going there for my car needs!

Very Happy with my new Ford Edge. On the whole the experience was good. We found our own financing with the Credit Union and I think maybe that caused a little bump with things.

This is a Great place to work and buy a Ford, Chrysler, Ram, Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick Lincoln, Service is exceptional and the Body shop is well established give us a try.
Patty Coleman did a very good jobas a salesperson. She found us the truck we wanted. She answered our questions.
Went to have my 2014 Silverado service and walked out with a new 2016 Silverado! Thanks Cary Casteel for getting this done!
