I just ranted on Facebook with Casey Jenkins. He doesn't know that he has horrible customer service. He found my complaint humorous. I pray that he gets help so there will be no more victims of his abuse.
Not happy with this Birdland, more so the owner/cook Casey Jenkins, he was rude and very disrespectful to a female customer, he insulted her for no reason at all. He became verbally hostile with her when she commented on chicken that was under cook(raw). Also,keep in mind the young lady was speaking in a very low respectful tone.
