I ordered a basket for a relative for a birthday to be delivered and it was never delivered and they needed this because they were in low spirits. I accepted that it wasn't delivered but i have not received a refund and she did not even offer me one. All she told me was to initiate on my end. If you didn't perform a service you should be happy to deliver a refund to an unhappy client,
Called to order funeral arrangement on a Friday at 10am, no answer and had to leave a message . A week later I am still waiting for a return call . Pathetic!!!

That florist is a land mark in Hammond La., My God Mother have provided floral arrangements for more weddings funerals, Easters, valentines, special occasions etc . that anyone can count. She has always had a green thumb and shared her gift with countless people, even when she was a full time Dietitian she still found time to bring beauty into the lives of others.
