Love the store and all it's employees. Ann is terrific and helped me at a time when I was having major issues with my Quaker. After the great service and help we got here, I would never go anywhere else.
The staff is very friendly. The lady that groomed my birds was the same person that took care of them 15 years,ago when my father had them and would go on vacation my Macaw reacted to her as if not a day went by thank you for everything can't wait to bring Warf and Buffy back to see you
I have a rescue African Grey that I always bring here for grooming. I had a poor experience at a vet and have been coming to The Bird Shoppe ever since— they always treat my bird like their own. If I ever have any questions, I always come away very educated. I recommend this place to everyone looking for a bird or supplies.
One of my favorite places to be! My family spent many many hours there when my girls were younger (before life got crazy). Many memories and a few great feathered additions to our family. <3
