RecommendedGreat staff. They are very helpful and caring about the birds and bird owners. I feel safe when I board my Sammy with them. They do a great job of grooming and are very gentle with Sammy even though he hates grooming and fights them the whole time. They have been good about sharing advise on the handling and care of Sammy.
Absolutely wonderful staff!!! We are in the process of adding a new addition to our family. They have spent time and patience with us and our children educating all of us about the care of our future winged family member. We are very thankful to be working with them.
Came into the store today my husband and I. Was there about 30-45 mins at no time did a employee even acknowledge that anyone was in the store. When my husband asked the male employee a question he barely even answered him.

I am so sorry for the lack of consideration you received while visiting my shoppe I spoke with my employee and expressed your disappointment. The gentleman was there cleaning cages and is not used to working with customers. This is by no means an excuse for poor manners . Please accept my heartfelt apology and please give us another try. Love this place. very friendly place.
We went on vacation last week and left our Blue and Gold Macaw for 9 days. We picked her up and she was well taken care of. All we had to do was drop her off, they provided food and cage for reasonable price. She was well groomed and very happy!! I highly recommend the Bird Shoppe for boarding your bird without any worries!! Thank you to the Bird shoppe for taking such good care of Baby Wright!!!!

the people here are rude and nasty , you lucky if they ask you what are you looking for today . over all customer service is garbage. i just want a macaw but for a bird shop they seem to never sell birds every time i come to purchase one !
