Recommendedthe staff and Anne are wonderful with my African Grey. I have boarded The Goobster there many times and I am confident she is in good hands.
We were there for 1 hour and as crazy as it seems there was not one employee who made any interaction towards us. We were passed many times by many employees and before I could get a word out I was already passed. At first, we thought the employees were giving us time to look around, but after one hour and nothing we decided to leave. Loved our visit the other day. Staff was incredibly friendly, store was very well kept and clean, and all the animals seemed happy. Absolutely in awe of this handsome dude!
Anne is a saint and so wonderful and down to earth. The entire flock here is. Dont believe any negative comments they just dont bombard you as you walk through the door. I went there for all my bird supplies. NOT only is it a good place but it is filled with educators who know birds well. Birds need a ton of time so if you want another child that can fly, head on over to the bird shoppe. They work there or even volunteer bc of their love for our feathered friends and it shows. :)
Staff is friendly and very helpful. We bought our rainbow lory from them. We love her so much 🙂
Everyone is amazing Anne and Paula are the greatest...and this is our first time ever going in!!! I cannot say enough good about these people and their wonderful store!!!
I just stopped by there again last week. Great selection of food and toys but the best part is the friendly staff and getting to talk to all the different birds. Ann, you are the best!. I meant it when I said you were my Christmas Angel. Thank you for all the advice and other things you have done for me.
